Monasterio

This vineyard is rooted in remarkably complex soils derived from the Las Tunas River and strongly influenced by the uplift of the Gualtallary hills. It features very shallow top layers with a loamy texture, interspersed with pink limestone-rich sand, caliche formations, and a highly rocky subsoil with a matrix of calcareous concretions.
